Shipping & Collection
In-Person Collection You can collect your order directly from the farm at Ferme de Mondéry, 32160 Couloumé-Mondébat, free of charge and without delay (except for custom-made products).
Home Delivery As we are located in a peaceful, remote area, your order will most likely be shipped via La Poste (Colissimo). A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your package’s journey at any time on the La Poste website.
1. Mainland France, Andorra, and Monaco

Delivery Time: Within 2 working days.

Weight Limit: Up to 30 kg.

Method: Delivered directly to your mailbox (no signature required). If the package is too large, a delivery notice will be left. You will have 15 days to collect it from your local post office. After this period, it will be returned to us.

Rate: €6 (Free for orders over €200).
2. French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM)

Delivery Time: 5 to 7 working days.
